Stillwell Trucks has a huge range of truck parts for sale for all makes and models. With close to $2 million of holding stock, the Stillwell Trucks parts department employs 10 professional and highly skilled staff to man this vital unit. The parts manager, John Farrell, has been with Stillwell trucks for over 20 years and other staff have collective experience of over 110 years, meaning a wealth of experience and knowledge comes together to ensure the right parts are available for every job, every time.

An impressive range of accessories are also offered by the Parts Division, including a huge selection of lights, refrigerators, radios, weather shields and seat covers.

"There's no point having skilled technicians on hand to fix the vehicles if you haven't got the parts they need," John Farrell said. "In many ways running a parts department effectively is about knowing your business, knowing your customers and knowing your market in order to know what parts to put on the shelf. The vehicles are constantly changing so we're constantly looking at our stock levels and thinking about what else we have to stock."

"Customers don't want to come to your dealership to be told they have to wait a week or two for parts to arrive from overseas. They expect it to happen immediately, so that's the way we run things."

Taking their service mantra a few steps further, Stillwell Trucks offers an after hours mobile contact service supplying parts when the main dealership is closed. On-site a well stocked parts showroom showcases the latest products available from all leading brands including Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Sterling, Alliance, Fuso, Mobil, Narva, Beaver, Chemtech, Detroit, ArvinMeritor, Eaton, Hendrickson, Cummins, Caterpillar, Truckmate and GME. And of course all staff members attend regular vehicle manufacturer and supplier courses to keep abreast of the latest product and industry developments.

There are three delivery trucks that distribute parts twice daily (9am and 1pm) to most Sydney greater metropolitian areas and a fully computerised parts system controls more than 15,000 stock lines with direct back-up to manufacturers' stocks. Stillwell Trucks parts department also offers country and interstate delivery with an extensive range of spare parts and body panels to suit the full range of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Sterling, Fuso and Ford vehicles. The parts facility also specialises in Eaton, ArvinMeritor (Rockwell), Hendrickson and the Alliance range of parts.
